Add an Extension to a Ring Group

When a call comes in, it is common to set a group of phones to ring simultaneously. To add/remove extensions to this group of ringing phones, follow these steps:

1. Go into buzzbox dashboard normally at http://192.168.1.201 in your browser (or cloud customers use the address in your welcome email eg. http://yourname.buzzbox.cc). Username / password is normally buzzbox / buzzb0x

2. Click the Advanced Administration icon, then click Applications -> Ring Groups

3. On the right hand side will be a group called "Ringgroup Example" (or similar). Click it

4. Then on the left hand side, add or remove the extension/s as required to the current list of extensions in the "Extension List"

5. If you want the call to go to voicemail on no answer, go to the "Destination if no answer" option at the very bottom. Select "Voicemail" then the relevant phone from the dropdown

6. Click Submit button at the bottom

7. Click the red 'Apply Changes' button at the top
