On Hold Music
buzzbox allows you to have your own on hold music, instead of the default music that is supplied.
To change this requires a few steps that need to be done at our end. To get going though, email us an MP3 of the music you'd like to have on your hold system so that we can convert it and make it ready for use on buzzbox.
